Paul Emett - Senior Control Engineer
Paul is a team-oriented, data-driven leader with a strong sense of direction and ownership in work and teams. Paul has project management and implementation experience designing, programming, and commissioning SCADA systems, regulatory process control strategies, and advanced process control strategies in a variety of refining, water, and manufacturing processes. Processes he has worked on include: Crude, HF Alkylation, Polymerization, Reforming, Hydrotreating, Fluid Catalytic Cracking and Gas Recovery, Fractionation/Distillation, hydrogen management systems, batch resin, continuous carbon fiber, and semi-batch prepreg. Paul is familiar with a variety of DCS and PLC hardware and software including Honeywell, Foxboro, Yokogawa, Allen-Bradley, SCADAPack, Modicon, iFIX, and FactoryTalk View. Process modeling experience employing commercial chemical process modeling software (Profit Toolkit).
Paul received a BS degree in Chemical Engineering (2004), and an MBA (2012) from the University of Utah. He thrives at creating value through cost-effective solutions that improve on the operational objectives of his clients.
